Moreno Valley Man Dies in Two-Vehicle Collision on Ramona Expressway

SAN JACINTO, CA (January 24, 2022) – Kevin Tobin, 55, of Moreno Valley, died Sunday night in a two-vehicle crash on Ramona Expressway.

The collision happened around 9:37 p.m., at the intersection of Ramona Expressway and North Sanderson Avenue.

As per reports, the events leading up to the incident still currently remain unclear. However, responding officers located one man dead at the scene.

Police later identified the deceased victim as 55-year-old Kevin Tobin from Moreno Valley.

Meanwhile, medics took the driver and passenger of another car to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

California Highway Patrol officers ask anyone with information about the crash to call the San Jacinto Sheriff’s Department at 951-776-1099.

At this time, it is unknown whether speed, drugs, or alcohol played a role in the crash. However, an active investigation is underway.
