Traffic Accident on East Palm Canyon Drive Left 1 Fatality

PALM SPRINGS, CA (August 2, 2022) – On Sunday, authorities arrested Kevin Atteberry after a fatal DUI crash on East Palm Canyon Drive.

The incident happened around 9:07 p.m. at the intersection of East Palm Canyon Drive after Attebery rear-ended another vehicle.

Eventually, the driver of the rear-ended vehicle died at the scene while their passenger sustained serious injuries.

According to authorities, 57-year-old Kevin Atteberry will be arrested for suspicion of DUI once released from hospital for serious injuries.
