Female Passenger Killed in Fatal Auto Collision near Ironwood Avenue

MORENO VALLEY, CA (April 15, 2022) – 40-year-old Keonia Brown was killed late Monday night, in a car accident on Indian Street.

The crash happened around 11:15 p.m., in the 11900 block of Indian Street, near Ironwood Avenue. Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly after.

According to reports, a high-speed 2003 Acura MDX driver veered off the road, hit a curb, and went airborne. The vehicle then crashed into a parked Chevrolet Silverado and then a home’s garage.

First responders located Brown, a passenger of the Acura, dead at the scene. Meanwhile, medics rushed the driver to Riverside University Medical Center for treatment of major injuries.

At this time, officials have not released the driver’s name. Furthermore, the collision caused significant damage to both the Chevy and the garage.
