57-Year-Old Man Dead after Pickup-Truck Crashes into Antelope Home

ANTELOPE, CA (September 2, 2022) – Wednesday morning, Kenneth Arthur Beaty was fatally struck after a car crashed into his home on Zachis Way.

The incident happened around 9:45 a.m., near Hidden Meadow and Palmerson Drive.

According to reports, the driver of pickup-truck lost control of the braking system while a man was working on his SUV in front of his home about 100 yards down the street.

The pickup-truck abruptly sped down the road in reverse before slamming into the residency. The man standing outside the SUV and a passenger sitting in the front seat were both injured.

Medics later pronounced 57-year-old Beaty dead at the scene. Meanwhile, paramedics transported the person sitting in the passenger seat to a nearby hospital for further treatment.

At this time, Antelope Officials are still working to determine further circumstances surrounding the collision. Those with further information are encouraged to contact local authorities as soon as possible.
