Bicycle-Auto Collision in San Jacinto Left Katlyn Bradley Dead

SAN JACINTO, CA (December 14, 2021) – Police are investigating a bicycle-auto collision on State Street where it claimed the life of Katlyn Bradley Wednesday morning.

According to the CHP, the fatal incident occurred around 12:05 a.m. just north of Record Road.

Later, officials reported that a woman was on a bicycle traveling northbound on a dark two lane road.

However, a 2013 Kia Optima driver rear-ended the bicyclist.

Afterwards, the driver continued north but shortly returned to the scene to assess the incident.

The 58-year-old Kia driver called 911 when they located the victim lying on the roadway.

Eventually, the Riverside County Fire Department paramedics arrived at the scene and pronounced 31-year-old Katlyn Bradley dead at the scene.

At this time, the circumstances surrounding the collision remain under active investigation.
