Bicycle Collision on State Street Left 31-Year-Old San Jacinto Woman Dead
SAN JACINTO, CA (December 27, 2021) – Wednesday, 31-year-old Katlyn Bradley of San Jacinto, lost her life following a bicycle accident.
The crash happened at around 12:05 a.m. on State Street, just north of Record Road.
According to the CHP, Braley was riding her bicycle northbound on the two-lane road. There, she was struck by a Kia from behind. The Kia was driven by a 58-year-old Redlands man.
Due to the impact of the collision, responding officers pronounced Braley dead at the scene.
The Kia driver, initially did not notice he struck a person, but turned around at the scene and called for 911.
At this time, CHP officials believe that neither drugs or alcohol were involved in the crash. However, an active investigation is underway.
