44-Year-Old Motorcyclist Fatally Struck in Deadly Collision near Saginaw Way

FRESNO, CA (February 10, 2022) – A motorcycle accident on Blackstone Avenue left Kair Saephan killed, Monday morning.

Officers responded to the incident around 9:00 a.m., near the intersection of Blackstone Avenue and Saginaw Way.

Per reports, the driver of a car was chasing a motorcycle after an alleged road rage incident. Eventually, the vehicles crashed in the area of Blackstone and Saginaw.

Medical responders arrived and transported 44-year-old Saephan to a hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.

Following preliminary investigations, detectives believed that the driver intentionally struck the motorcyclist. As a result, Fresno Officials detained the suspect for questioning.

Authorities are now talking to nearby businesses to obtain surveillance footage from the motorcycle crash. Once available, further details will be provided.
