The Hollywood Hills party house depicted above has already been the target of neighbors' complaints, so we wonder how things will go with Justin Bieber reportedly renting the place.

The Weidlake residence in the hills has been the site of parties, porn shoots and reality television shows, neighbors say. Now Justin Bieber, whose brief time at a Beverly Hills condo this summer was punctuated by reports of several police responses, is renting the 16,000-square-foot glass pad for $29,500 a month, says real estate site Trulia.

It's a young bachelor's dream house:

It has 10 rooms, an 80-foot-long disco with an accompanying bar, a theater, a “floating” glass staircase, a gym, a pool table, an 80-foot pool, a rooftop deck and two other bars. Did we say bar?

It also has “a 4-foot-high blue glass tile rendition of the famed Hollywood Sign running the length of the pool,” says Trulia.

Sounds like this place was built for Bieber.

A neighbor who previously complained about all the alleged late-night commotion at the residence, including video shoots, said he would take a wait-and-see stance on Bieber:

After we harassed them, they started really towing the line, making sure people wouldn't park on the street. It has such a checkered history of noise and complaints. Hopefully he'll behave himself. Our neighborhood is pretty organized. We seem to keep a lid on anything that gets out of hand. Hopefully moving in will offer him a bit of stability.

The $9 million to $10 million home at 6425 Weidlake Drive reportedly is owned by developer Danny Fitzgerald and was the site of the Playboy reality show Swingers in 2011.

Following neighbors' complaints last year about late-night comings and goings, strict limits on filming hours and parking for shoots were placed on the location, and City Councilman Tom LaBonge, who represents the area, said his office would be “watching” the situation at the home “closely.”

We reached out to LaBonge's office to see if he had concerns about Bieber moving in, but we had yet to hear back.
