Things always begin to heat up in June in L.A. but this year, the beginning of summer felt like the beginning of a better Los Angeles. With the return of gay marriage, the inauguration of new mayor Eric Garcetti, and y'know, the usual naked bike rides, secret Atoms For Peace shows, Fringe Festival, and our very own Tacolandia, the heat wave felt like no big deal.
