On Wednesday afternoons for the last few weeks, the Altadena farmers market has been in full swing, making it well worth the trip up into the San Gabriel foothills. It's a small market, but a beautifully curated one. Look for not only some terrific fruit and vegetable vendors, but also coffee from Plow & Gun, cheese and butter from Milkman, and bread from Bread Lounge — Altadena is the only farmers market that downtown bakery currently attends. Check out our virtual grocery list, taken at the Altadena market yesterday.
