DUI Crash Injured Three Children, 22-Year-Old Julian J. Valdivias Detained

LAS VEGAS, NV (October 11, 2021) – Thursday night, September 23, Julian Valdivias was arrested after a DUI accident in North Las Vegas.

The crash took place shortly before 8 p.m. at the intersection of E. Cheyenne Avenue and N. Pecos Road, as per report.

According to the authorities, Julian Valdivias was driving a red Chevy Silverado traveling southbound at a high rate speed and suddenly crashed with Nissan SUV who was making a left turn.

Furthermore, both vehicles crashed with a Ford focus.

Additionally, all three including a one-year-old, and a four-year-old baby were inside the Nissan SUV and was sent to University Medical Center for treatment.

The one-year-old was initially categorized as critical but is now stable. The 4-year-old’s condition remains serious.

In this traffic accident, speed and DUI were both issues.
