Two Airlifted to Hospital after Two-Vehicle Collision near Panoche Road

MENDOTA, CA (December 19, 2022) – Thursday afternoon, Juan Angulano was involved in a bus crash that left Trever Bohner and others injured.

The incident happened on December 13th, around 2:37 p.m., on State Route 33 near Panoche Road.

According to reports, a south 1999 Thomas School Bus, driven by 53-year-old Juan Angulano, collided with a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta, driven by 21-year-old Trever Bohner. The impact of the collision left Bohner, his passenger, and several students from the bus injured.

First responders arrived shortly after and airlifted Bohner and his passenger to a local hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries. Meanwhile, the students that sustained injuries were taken to medical facilities by their parents.

Meanwhile, officials have ruled out intoxication as a factor in the incident.
