37-Year-Old Fresno Worker Pronounced Dead after Fatal Accident near Mannie Avenue
PARLIER, CA (June 22, 2023) – Wednesday morning, Juan Ambriz was killed in a work accident on Bethel Avenue. Authorities responded to the scene shortly before 9:00 a.m., near Manning Avenue. Per reports, a worker operated a boom lift arm that struck live electrical wires. As a result, the involved worker was immediately electrocuted. The PG&E turned off the electricity before anyone could approach the man. Due to the extent of injuries sustained, the male worker was pronounced dead at the scene. The Fresno County Coroner’s Office identified the deceased man as 37-year-old Ambriz, of Fresno. Authorities said no other injuries were reported from the incident. No further details regarding the Bethel Avenue work accident have been released to the public.
