I-10 Crash Left 31-Year-Old Joseph Michael Ornelas Dead

SAN BERNARDINO, CA (November 12, 2021) – Authorities identified Joseph Michael Ornelas as the victim of a crash on I-10 Friday night.

The CHP responded to the fatal incident that happened around 10:35 p.m. at the Interstate 10 Freeway, west of Tippecanoe Avenue.

Upon arrival, they discovered a disabled sedan in the slow lane of the freeway including a big-rig which rolled down the embankment.

At this time, the circumstances surrounding the deadly crash remain unclear.

Later on, the authorities identified 31-year-old Joseph Michael Ornelas of San Bernardino as the deceased victim of the incident.
