The auto accident happened at the intersection of East Speedway Boulevard and North Wilmot Road. Responders arrived to the scene shortly after.

According to reports, Parker was the driver of a white 2007 Nissan Altima that collided with a blue 2003 Honda Civic. Investigators say the Nissan was driving west towards a red light at the intersection.
