Gardena Man Fatally Struck at Jordan Elementary School

WHITTIER, CA (June 27, 2022) – Authorities arrested Jose Gonzalez after a deadly crash at Jordan Elementary School.

According to police, the incident happened around 1:00 p.m., at 10654 Jordan Road near the Jordan Elementary School.

Reports indicate that two men were working on a construction site project in the area when one of the men struck the other.

The Los Angeles County Fire Department responded and declared one man dead at the scene, despite life-saving efforts. Although, authorities are yet to release their identity pending notification of next of kin.

Following preliminary investigation, police apprehended Jose De Jesus Valladolid Gonzalez, of Gardena. He is expected to be charged with murder.

No further details regarding the crash are public at this time; however, more information will be provided once made available.
