Four Dead, Multiple Hurt after Head-On Collision near Church Road

RIO VISTA, CA (July 29, 2022) – Wednesday night, Jordon Colvin, Erica Anderson, Lacey Conway, and Laura Poiret were killed in a crash.

The incident happened around 8:00 p.m., on State Route 12 between Summerset and Church Road.

Per reports, Colvin was driving a westbound 2003 Honda Accord when he veered off the road and overcorrected. As a result, the Honda struck an eastbound Chevrolet Suburban.

According to investigators, a 2003 Honda Accord occupied by three people collided head-on with a 2015 Chevy Suburban. The impact ejected Conway and Colvin from their vehicle onto the road.

The Chevy was occupied by seven victims, one of which was Poiret who died from her injuries.

Meanwhile, medics pronounced 20-year-old Colvin, of Vacaville dead at the scene. In addition, crews pronounced the front seat passenger, 19-year-old Anderson, of Vacaville and a rear passenger, 19-year-old Conway dead.

Meanwhile, the six remaining occupants inside the Suburban were transported to a hospital in stable condition. Although, authorities have not yet released their identities.
