40-Year-Old Man Run Over by Vehicle in Phoenix Parking Lot

PHOENIX, AZ (October 8, 2021) – 40-year-old Jonathan Krejci was killed in an auto accident near 32nd Street, late Saturday morning.

Officers received calls in the area around 11:00 a.m. Dispatchers arrived to the scene in a parking lot near Camelback Road shortly after.

Phoenix police say two men were inside a moving vehicle when Krejci jumped out through the passenger side. He was then run over by the same vehicle.

Medics transported Krejci to a local hospital where he was later pronounced dead. As for the driver, he remained on scene and cooperated with the investigation.

At this time, no further information has been released.
