Cops say 19-year-old Nguyen targeted …
… dudes. The horror.
Cypress police say a victim called 911 on Tuesday about 3:15 p.m. He was on the campus at 9200 Valley View Street and had the suspect detained, cops said.
According to a Cypress PD statement:
During the subsequent investigation, officers determined Nguyen had utilized his cell phone to videotape at least two additional victims the same day. The suspect admitted to committing the same crime 15 additional times over the past 12 months. All of the incidents occurred at Cypress College in various men's restrooms.

Nguyen, pictured above, was arrested and jailed on suspicion of peeping with a camera (really, there's a law for that).
