“Gifts and Talents are the anointing God gives, to be shared with the world and used for God’s purpose and plan.” Those are the words of Johnnie Spencer, a songwriter, musician, singer, producer, and the owner of Bright N Morningstar Productions Worldwide. “I’m a mere vessel made by God to be a man of God, called by God, to be used by God, for God’s glory, purpose, and his plans,” he said.
Johnnie Spencer has been a music producer for two years and credits his musical inspiration to God. He said every song that was created came from his dreams. He also stated that God took him to a deep place of spirituality and heavenly inspiration, which he’s sure people will enjoy and connect to. Even though he has a music production company, Johnnie Spencer operates as an independent Contemporary Christian Inspirational Recording Artist. Johnnie’s goal is to get his music to every part of the world and inspire people of all races.
He aims to nurture his brand through his ability to write, sing, produce music, publish, and handle his brand’s photography, videography, and graphic design. “God has allowed me to be multi-talented, and I am grateful God deemed me worthy of being blessed this much with gifts and talents,” he said. His music has themes around motivation, encouragement and inspiration. Johnnie believes strongly that the world needs encouragement, and he contributes to that through his music and lyrics.
He has taken it upon himself to build a credible, recognizable brand for his artistry and company. As the name Johnnie Spencer grows bigger, he hopes to see Bright N Morningstar Productions Worldwide grow bigger too. Johnnie’s five-year goals include writing more songs, releasing more songs and collaborating with established young artists like Kelontae Gavin. “I would love him to sing the song I produced called “God Will Cover You,” Johnnie said about Kelontae Gavin. He also hopes to meet some of his favorite Christian artists like Marvin Sapp, Donnie McClurkin, James Fortune, Tyler Perry, Pastor William Mcdowell, Pastor William Murphy, and Pastor Steve Furtick and his Praise Team.
Johnnie believes he has a greater purpose in the world, and God wants him to do a lot for people through music. So he’s putting himself out there, promoting his music and showcasing his talents. “Not only do I want people to get to know me, but I also want them to enjoy the music the Lord has created for them through me. When one gets blessed, others get blessed when they tune in,” he affirmed.
As the world gradually heals from the pandemic, Johnnie hopes to contribute to that healing with powerful heavenly songs to inspire, motivate and encourage. Johnnie Spencer plans to release some new music soon to get the brand going while connecting with other gospel artists for collaborations and partnerships. He’s open to working with various artists as long as it’s truly for God’s glory, with the end goal being to showcase GOD’s power and grace over the world. “There is so much… music can do for the world. I’m happy to be here to witness this transcending, transitioning, and transformation of life. And I hope to do my part in putting out amazing music that uplifts and inspires the world. It is not just about me, but the number of lives I touch with the music God has inspired me to create,” Johnnie said.
