Last summer, the five surviving members of Monty Python reunited for the first time in decades. They sold out their first performance at London’s 20,000-seat O2 Arena in less than one minute. Two of those members will appear in Glendale to slightly less fanfare in John Cleese in Conversation With Eric Idle. Cleese, the eldest and tallest of the Pythons, has written an autobiography titled So, Anyway and to promote it he’ll sit and chat with Idle, who is of average height. Though the two have publicly bumped heads in the past, their 50-year bond will take something more corrosive than money to get them to bicker — like perhaps an audience Q&A.
