Calling all jocks! Think you're in top shape? Find out at the International Fitness Challenge, where five top celebrity fitness trainers will put you through a helluva grueling workout that'll separate the proverbial men from the proverbial boys. This is not for lightweights. It's an all-out “fitness concert” with DJs, nonstop music, confetti cannons and a high-voltage light show, all of which will be geared to keeping you revved up for three hours of circuit training as you move through five exercise stations. Here's the drill: After a warm-up you'll hit the ground running with a power-packed kickbox routine led by “Hollywood Trainer” Jeanette Jenkins, then you'll switch gears for kettlebell lifting with Exercise TV host Paul Katami, followed by Amy Dixon's balance-busting challenge on a BOSU (for you couch potatoes, this is like working out on a partially deflated ball), segue to a killer cardio session with Equinox Club's Keith Irace and, finally, body sculpting with VBody expert Stephanie Vitorino. Thankfully, several short breaks, water and energy bars will be provided. Hopefully EMTs will be stationed nearby. Club Nokia, 800 W. Olympic Blvd.; Sat., May 7; doors open at 7:30 a.m., warm-up begins at 8:30 a.m.; $79.50-$249.50. (213) 765-7000, internationalfitnesschallenge.com.
