Female Passenger Dies in Car Accident on Baseline Road
RIALTO, CA (July 15, 2022) – Late Wednesday night, 48-year-old Joaquina Ballina-Peralta died in a car crash on North Pepper Avenue.
The incident occurred around 10:40 p.m. on June 29, along North Pepper Avenue and East Baseline Road.
Per reports, Ballina-Peralta was the passenger in a vehicle that was traveling near North Pepper Avenue. However, the events leading up to the incident remain unclear.
Due to the impact of the crash, Ballina-Peralta sustained major injuries. Paramedics rushed her to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center for further treatment where she was pronounced dead at 11:11 a.m., the following day.
Meanwhile, officials have not disclosed any information about the involved driver.
At this time, further circumstances surrounding the deadly collision are unknown. However, CHP officials will release additional information once it becomes available.
