1 Pronounced Dead after Auto Collision near Sellers Avenue

BRENTWOOD, CA (November 1, 2021) Authorities are investigating a crash that left Jesus Virgen Medina dead, Tuesday afternoon.

The fatal collision happened just before 3:30 p.m., on Brentwood Boulevard, east of Sellers Avenue. Dispatchers arrived to the scene shortly after.

According to the CHP, a Honda Civic stopped and was waiting for a left turn when a Dodge Ram rear-ended it. As a result, the Honda was sent into the opposite lanes and was struck by a Ford Expedition SUV.

Due to the impact of the crash, first responders declared the 39-year-old Civic driver, Jesus Virgen Medina, dead at the scene.

Meanwhile, the Ford and Dodge drivers sustained minor injuries. Although, their identities have not yet been released.
