It's an appropriate day to praise You-Know-Who and pass the corn-bread muffins with maple butter, biscuits and gravy, homemade waffles with fresh berries, Creole chicken and shrimp jambalaya, Southern fried chicken, ham-and-potato casserole, and white-chocolate banana-bread pudding with crème Anglaise. Oh — did we mention cheese grits? And Gospel music sung by passionate pros as the House of Blues Gospel Brunch . Easter eggs will be hidden, and there will be treats and photos with the Easter bunny. Performers include top-notch Gospel choir Ray Sidney and Firm Soundation, plus special guest Jordan Pruitt (attention Jonas Brothers fans) at the early seating.
