Bicycle Accident near Pacific Electric Trail Left One Fatality

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA (July 1, 2022) – A bicyclist died in a DUI crash on Archibald Avenue involving Jessica Carrillo, Saturday evening.

The crash happened on Saturday, June 25th at 6:50 p.m. on Archibald Avenue near the Pacific Electric Trail, per initial reports.

Furthermore, authorities immediately responded to the scene upon receiving the report about the crash.

The investigations revealed that the crash involved an Acura TSX that hit a bicyclist crossing on Archibald for reasons unknown.

Eventually, officers arrived at the scene and found one cyclist dead on the highway.

Meanwhile, a 19-year-old identified as Jessica Carrillo was taken into custody for DUI charges and vehicular manslaughter.
