Traffic Accident near US 395 Left Elderly Man Dead
DOYLE, CA (July 28, 2022) – On Friday, a motorcycle crash on Constantia Road in Doyle claimed the life of Jerry Curtis Bay, police confirmed.
According to the police, officers responded to the accident around 9:00 p.m. on Constantia Road, near the US 395.
Upon arrival, they located an unresponsive male near his Honda motorcycle that had been in a major collision.
Eventually, the first responders declared 62-year-old Jerry Curtis Bay of Doyle dead at the scene.
Moreover, a large portion of the roadway was temporarily shutdown to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.
At this time, Doyle Officials are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the Constantia Road motorcycle crash. An active investigation is currently underway.
