Jeff Swimmer signs his new book, Documentary Case Studies: Behind the Scenes of the Greatest (True) Stories Ever Told. In his how-to, the documentary filmmaker and associate professor at Chapman University breaks down the process and business of creating a non-fiction movie from development and fundraising to pre- and post-production. In the book, Swimmer also includes interviews with an impressive roster of directors and producers behind such well-known documentaries as Super Size Me, Man on Wire, 20 Feet from Stardom, Food, Inc. , Restrepo and Into the Arms of Strangers: Stories of the Kindertransport.
