One Dead, Three Hospitalized after Solo-Vehicle Accident near Rancho Road

WESTMINSTER, CA (December 13, 2022) – Tuesday night, Jayda Jean Feeney was killed in a single-car crash on Westminster Boulevard.

Officers responded to the scene around 9:38 p.m., near Rancho Road. 

According to reports, a car driven by an unidentified 18-year-old male crashed through a concrete barrier at a construction site.

Due to the extent of injuries sustained, medics pronounced a female passenger inside the vehicle dead at the scene. Authorities later identified her as 18-year-old Jayda Jean Feeney.

Meanwhile, the driver was hospitalized for treatment of critical injuries and is expected to remain in the hospital for several days. The two other 16-year-old passengers also underwent surgery at a local hospital.
