Bicycle-Auto Collision on Tyrolite Street Left One Fatality

JURUPA VALLEY, CA (December 29, 2021) – A bicycle-auto collision on Mission Boulevard claimed the life of Jason Navoy Tuesday evening.

The crash occurred around 5:30 p.m. near the intersection of Mission Boulevard and Tyrolite Street.

Upon the authorities’ arrival, they discovered that the collision involved a sedan and a bicyclist.

According to Cal Fire and Riverside County Fire Department, the bicyclist died at the scene despite their life-saving efforts.

Later on, the Sheriff’s Department identified the deceased victim as 45-year-old Jason Navoy.

Investigators discovered that both vehicles were traveling towards Tylorite when the sedan collided with the bicyclist.

After the crash, the driver remained at the scene to cooperate with the police.
