Jamie McCourt's chauffeur hit a woman pedestrian outside a downtown LA courthouse Monday morning.

The woman, who is an employee at the Los Angeles County Courthouse, was struck at a crosswalk near the corner of Temple and Hill streets. The woman was fitted with a neck brace and taken by ambulance, according to LAPD's Erik Scott. It's not clear if McCourt's driver was cited.

During the collision, McCourt was in the courtroom, where she's in divorce proceedings, battling Frank McCourt to determine if she has an ownership stake in the Dodgers.

Read coverage from the Weekly's Gene Maddaus, who this morning asks how Frank McCourt will reconcile with Dodger fans now that it's clear his plan all along has been to increase ticket prices and reduce payroll.
