Two Killed in Deadly Auto Collision near Sepulveda Boulevard
LOS ANGELES, CA (December 21, 2021) – Thursday evening, 28-year-old Jake Farmon was killed in a car crash on Westchester Parkway.
The incident happened around 9:35 p.m., near Sepulveda Boulevard.
The driver apparently lost control near the Westchester Golf Course, between Sepulveda Boulevard and Lincoln Avenue. As a result, the vehicle struck a pole in a center island at 6830 Westchester Parkway.
Due to the impact of the collision, medics pronounced Farmon and his 17-year-old passenger dead at the scene.
The surrounding area was closed for a brief time for cleanup and preliminary duties. At this time, it is unknown if speed or alcohol were factors in the collision.
An active investigation to determine further details is still currently ongoing.
