Car Accident near Backus Road Left Two Fatalities

MOJAVE, CA (November 4, 2022) – Tuesday night, Jaiden William Moore and Alyssa Rene died in a car accident along Highway 14.

The fatality occurred around 11:15 p.m. at Backus Road in Mojave. Responding California Highway Patrol officers located two people dead inside a vehicle.

Later, the Kern County Coroner’s Office identified the deceased occupants as 21-year-old Jaiden William Moore and passenger 22-year-old Alyssa Rene Miller. According to reports, autopsies are to be performed to identify the cause of their death.
