23-Year-Old Victim Dies in Two-Vehicle Collision near Wrightcrest Drive

LOS ANGELES, CA (June 22, 2022)  23-year-old Jada Taylor Gipson was killed Saturday night in a car crash on Wrightcrest Drive.

The collision occurred around 10:15 p.m., at the intersection of La Cienega Boulevard and Wrightcrest Drive.

Authorities said a female driver in a white sedan driving south on La Cienega rear-ended another vehicle for unknown reasons.

The collision caused the car to veer off the road before slamming into a light pole, splitting it in half.

First responders arrived and pronounced the female driver dead at the scene. The authorities later identified the deceased victim as 23-year-old Jada Taylor Gipson.

Meanwhile, emergency crews rescued the second driver trapped from the wreck and transported them to a nearby hospital.

At this time, investigators are unsure as to what caused the fatal crash. However, an active investigation remains ongoing.
