Bakersfield Pedestrian Crash Left 48-year-old Ivonne Lizbeth Vivas Dead

BAKERSFIELD, CA (September 13, 2021) A deadly pedestrian crash in Bakersfield claimed the life of Ivonne Lizbeth Vivas last Wednesday.

The incident occurred around 7:08 A.M. at the 11600 block of Reina Road, west of Old Farm Road and south of Olive Drive.

Moreover, Vivas was attempting to cross the street when a vehicle collided into her, killing her on the spot.

In addition, the collision knocked two additional pedestrians to the ground, but they did not sustain serious injuries.

According to the authorities, the involved driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.

Later on, the coroner’s office identified the deceased victim as 48-year-old Ivonne Lizbeth Vivas of Bakersfield.
