Tomatomania is to tomato lovers what Louboutins are to the shoe-crazed. There is every style, every shape, every color. Lovely mentors are there to coach you. Their goal is to help you succeed. It's more than a plant sale, it's a springtime cultural event.

Maybe it's a little chilly now, but take a healthy tomato plant, put it in excellent dirt, add some tomato food and water, and some heat. Wait for it, not too long though, just a few weeks, and presto! You've got your own outdoor pantry that, paired with some olive oil and garlic, will keep you fat and happy all summer. Well, maybe not fat. But surely happy, as those ripe babies yield a burst of sweet acid juice when your teeth break through the skin.

Yum, just think of it, perfect tomato sauce, bruschetta, pops of the little cherries….OK I'll stop now.
