Traffic Accident on Vanowen Street Left 3 Fatalities

LOS ANGELES, CA (July 8, 2022) – A crash on Corbin Avenue left Isaiah Sanchez, Celestino Fuentes, and Steve Orellana Jr. dead Sunday evening.

According to the report, emergency crews responded to the scene just after 9:00 p.m. on West Vanowen Street and Corbin Avenue.

For reasons unknown, a Ford Explorer traveling at excessive speeds, lost control and collided with at least three vehicles.

Due to the impact of the crash, three individuals were ejected from the Ford, leaving them with fatal injuries.

The Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office later identified the victims as Steve Orellana Jr., Celestino Fuentes, and Isaiah Sanchez.

Furthermore, at least six other individuals were hospitalized for treatment of unspecified injuries. However, both their current conditions and identities are unavailable at this time.

Los Angeles Officials continue to investigate the fatal crash.
