Discover their mission to blend authentic flavors with inclusivity and purpose.
InstaBomb is a company on a mission. Well, a couple of missions. As Casey Dalton, the founder of InstaBomb explains, their mission is to bring people together over meals– in a wholly inclusive way.
Debuting nationally on their website and through social media outlets like TikTok Shop and Instagram, InstaBombs are spice bomb creations for traditional international meals like Mexico-inspired Birria Bomb, India-inspired Curry Bomb, and the American favorite Pot Roast Bomb. Each InstaBomb is the size and shape of a bath bomb and can be used to quickly create a quick, clean, and intensely flavorful meal for two people or a crowd.
“Our purpose is meal solutions that create a sense of belonging and support,” says Dalton.
By “meal solutions’ ‘ Dalton is not just referring to her patent-pending InstaBombs. She is referencing her company’s commitment to donate 1,000 meals per month in partnership with the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank.

InstaBomb made this pledge before even opening for sales. From the beginning, Dalton wanted a purpose to drive the company.
“I believe in our product, of course. But more importantly, I believe in the good that InstaBomb can do in the community,” Dalton declares. “Every person deserves food security.”
Inclusion is built into the DNA of InstaBomb. The inspiration for the company began with Dalton wanting to recreate the authentic tastes of her childhood for her family. Several obstacles immediately appeared in her path.
Dalton explains, “Everyone in my family wanted to taste the flavors of our childhood again and share them with their families. But dietary restrictions, access to ingredients, and time got in the way.”
Dalton set out to create a solution that could get her family around the table enjoying a mouth-watering Birria. Pot Roast or Curry. She started with a simple goal: an easy and fast meal that would capture delicious and authentic slow-cooked flavors and include everyone in her family.
Inclusion was just as important as the flavor for Dalton. Her family includes vegan diets, gluten-free, and MSG sensitivities. She has spent years poring over food labels to ensure her family is consuming food that is safe for their dietary restrictions and allergies. She understands how people can feel excluded by their dietary requirements.

“People with special diets, allergies, or sensitivities can feel isolated at meal times. My goal was to create something clean and flexible to include everyone. The Birria Bomb, for instance, can be enjoyed with beef, lamb, goat, chicken, vegetables, tofu, lion’s mane mushrooms, or jackfruit,” Dalton states.
The process of creating InstaBombs that could be enjoyed by everyone was not easy. She was inspired by her bath bomb machine to create a concentrated flavor that could be used with meat or meat alternatives. However, Dalton found that bouillon, often used as a base for flavoring, is full of MSG and fillers. She intentionally sought out solutions that could include everyone.
“I think it all goes back to being mission-driven. Whenever I got frustrated, I had to circle back to why I was doing this. I could picture a family gathered around the table celebrating authentic cuisine that each person could enjoy. That drove me to keep working,” Dalton remembers.
Through months of trial and error, Dalton finally hit on a (patent-pending!) way to make the InstaBombs clean and versatile. Dalton quickly realized that she solved the problem of time and access to ingredients as well. While authentic Curry, Pot Roast, and Birria Bomb each require a list of ingredients and days to create, Dalton created a solution that captured the authentic, slow-cooked flavor in a convenient package.

She laughs, “It’s like a 1, 2, 3 magic trick. Add meat or meat alternatives, an InstaBomb, and water to your instant pot, slow cooker, or stovetop. A short time later, you have a delicious and traditional-tasting meal that everyone can enjoy. And only one pot to wash!”
By revolutionizing how people approach traditional recipes, Dalton is bridging the gap between authenticity and convenience– and including everyone in the process. Which is exactly what her mission was.
“I am proud that we are not only bringing people to the table together with InstaBombs, I also am proud that we are delivering on purpose to provide 1,000 meals per month to those with food insecurity in the Los Angeles area,” Dalton shares.
As InstaBomb launches, Casey is steadfast in her dedication to inclusion and purpose.
“At the end of the day, it’s about more than just food,” she says. “It’s about using our talents and resources to make a positive impact on the world around us.”
