Insomniac Events continues its quest for domination of North America — or at least Las Vegas — by announcing today that it will be partnering with Life Is Beautiful, the music, food and arts festival held annually in downtown Vegas.

Insomniac, the company behind Electric Daisy Carnival and Beyond Wonderland, will produce and curate a dance music stage at the third installment of Life Is Beautiful, which is set to take place September 25-27. The EDC producers will also partner with Life Is Beautiful parent company Wendoh Media and the festival's previous producers, Another Planet Entertainment (whose other festivals include Treasure Island and Outside Lands), on designing the overall event experience.

“We both believe in the power of art, music and community, and creating immersive environments in unique locations,” Insomniac founder Pasquale Rotella said of the partnership via a press release. “Life Is Beautiful will transform Downtown Las Vegas into a magical urban cityscape.”

The lineup for the 2015 edition of Life Is Beautiful has not yet been announced, but festival organizers promise over 75 musical acts on four stages, along with “world-renowned artists and chefs, and notable speakers.” The guest speakers are part of Life Is Beautiful's broader mission to inspire social change; past speakers have included the Russian activist band Pussy Riot and Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh. Past headliners have included Kanye West, Foo Fighters, The Killers and Outkast.

Early bird general admission tickets to Life Is Beautiful are sold out, but 3-day passes are still available for $235 (general) or $545 (VIP) at lifeisbeautiful.com.
