Several Hurt after Big-Rig Crash near 75th Avenue
PHOENIX, AZ (March 17, 2022) – Thursday, a semi-truck collision on Loop 101 left several people injured, authorities said.
According to the police, a semi-truck caused two vehicles to overturn after hitting several cars near 75th Avenue.
Furthermore, authorities said the incident occurred as a result of the semi-truck’s tire blowing out. Although, further events leading up remain unclear.
The big-rig crash delayed traffic in both directions of the freeway during cleanup and preliminary duties.
Meanwhile, minor injuries were reported from the strike. Further circumstances surrounding the collision on Loop 101 are under investigation.
