Vehicle Accident on Richmond-San Rafael Bridge Resulted in Multiple Injuries

RICHMOND, CA (May 23, 2022) – A vehicle crash on Marina Bay Parkway resulted in injuries Thursday morning.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened just after 7:00 a.m. on the westbound lanes of Interstate 580 and blocked the left lane.

Authorities cleared the roadway just after 8:00 a.m. but the remaining traffic delays continued.

At this time, the number of total injuries from the crash remains unclear.
