That idea inspired XPro Events, home to the Domination Conference, an annual gathering of over 2,000 entrepreneurs featuring Shark Tank investors and prominent business icons, with the aim of 5,000 next year.
“There are no sales pitches,” Kamboj shares. “It’s pure networking and collaboration. At our Cabo event, five new companies were born just from conversations.”
He also applies this mindset internally.
“When my team wins, I win. If Miguel wants a Porsche, I’ll help him get it. If someone wants a home for their family, I show them how to get one. That’s leadership.”

XPro Health provides comprehensive wellness solutions and innovative natural treatments.
“Health is the foundation of wealth,” Kamboj notes. “If you don’t have energy, nothing else matters.”
Kamboj Advisory helps business owners legally reduce their tax burdens.
“Most entrepreneurs work for the IRS without realizing it,” Kamboj points out. “We help them keep more of what they earn through advanced wealth-preservation strategies.”
Kamboj Capital Solutions (KCS) serves as the company’s business-capital arm, giving entrepreneurs access to the funding they need to invest, scale, or stabilize their operations. The team emphasizes that KCS is a core partner within the KV ecosystem and essential to supporting client growth.
XPRO Aviation offers private jet access through fractional ownership models, while XPRO Jets operates as the charter company serving clients who need flexible on-demand travel.

His drive is deeply rooted in his father’s story. Kamboj was a man who immigrated from India, worked three jobs, and built a better life for his family.
“My father sacrificed everything,” Kamboj reflects. “Every time I take off in my private jet with his name on it, it reminds me that his dream didn’t die with him; it expanded.”
