In an interview, Chase Hughes revealed parts of his history and talked about what pushed him to become the luminary he is today. “I started out wanting to revolutionize how intelligence operatives were trained after my friend was killed by terrorists in Yemen. I wound up creating systems that are now the world standard,” he shared. “I am still obsessed with behavior and psychology and continue to push the walls down,” he added. 

Back when he was still in the military, Chase Hughes worked to develop new systems for intelligence operatives who needed to use ‘hardcore influence’ to get vital data from people. Today, he stands as the leading military and intelligence behavior expert with 20 years of experience creating the most advanced behavior skills courses and tactics available worldwide. 

On a mission to rewire businesses and humans, Chase Hughes teaches elite groups, government agencies, and police in behavior science skills, including behavior profiling, nonverbal analysis, deception detection, interrogation, and advanced behavioral investigation. One of the distinctive courses he developed is PEACE 4A, a program on critical, life-saving courses designed for law enforcement. The other is the Human Tradecraft course, specifically designed for intelligence operations personnel who depend heavily on serious human behavior skills. 

The behavior expert wrote the bestselling books in his field, created all the methods he taught, and is the only person who has created behavior systems for intelligence agencies to adopt and use. Chase believes that his broad and rich experience in the military field and intelligence behavior and the unique services that he offers eliminate the competition in this industry. Hughes wanted people to learn why every system of sales and self-development was already out of date and that it belonged in the 1940s. He said in an interview, “We’ve gone from telegrams to phones in 100 years. It’s time we finally do the same with behavior training.”

On top of the two best-selling books that he wrote, Chase Hughes developed the world’s first interrogation behavior analysis tool and the T.F.C.A. cycle that revolutionized law enforcement training in the U.S. He is also the creator of the Pre-Violence Indicators Index, designed to equip personnel to pre-attack behaviors and save lives.

Aside from working with different CEOs and having VIPs with high net worths as his typical clients, Chase was referred to by Dr. Phil as the world’s leading expert in behavior and psychology. He was also named in 2020 as one of the top 40 under 40 CEOs in America. He was featured in Entrepreneur Magazine as an Oracle Member Creator of the world’s first behavior profiling tool. In addition, he authored five bestselling books on human behavior and is a member of The Behavior Panel. 

With no plans of slowing down anytime soon, Chase Hughes envisions his company growing into a national organization. In the coming years, he intends to build schools in the Middle East and develop programs to assist autistic children in developing sharper behavior skills.
