Tired of spending money on bar after bar and never quite getting your fill of beer? Sate your unending thirst at the fifth annual L.A. Beer Fest, which offers unlimited — yes, unlimited — amounts of bubbling brew and the chance to cavort with other young drinkers. The first session goes from noon to 3 p.m. and the second from 5 to 8 p.m., with Drake’s Brewing, Coney Island Craft Lagers and more. Enjoy musical accompaniment from dueling-piano bar Howl at the Moon, Spinal Tap parody band Metal Shop and indie cover band Black Crystal Wolf Kids. A chunk of the proceeds will benefit the nonprofit Noah’s Bark Animal Rescue, so you can feel warm inside from both the beer and your good deed. If you’re the unlucky soul assigned as designated driver, your ticket is just $15.

Sat., April 6, 12-3 & 5-8 p.m., 2013
