From Latino theater to hipster haven, the Rialto, built in 1917 and once owned by Sid Grauman, has undergone quite a transformation. But so has downtown in general.

John Hauser, Urban Outfitters CEO of “brand experience”:

The Rialto movie palace building still has incredible character – you can feel the history when you are there. Urban is excited to be on Broadway and to be part of the revitalization.

Enjoy, people. Just respect the locals who came before you.
