Hold on to your halterneck tops, hipsters.

Somebody's going around and stealing your iPhones, American Apparel clothing and Beats By Dre headphones in your very neighborhoods. Silver Lake and Echo Park are turning into the Bermuda Triangle of missing cool-kid stuff. Seriously:

The LAPD this week issued a warning for these gentrifying barrios.

Echo Park has seen six burglaries and Silver Lake eight in the last month or so, the department says.

Despite the Sept. 20 arrest of a “career criminal” for burglary in the Silver Lake area, cops said, the break-ins continued.

Even scarier:

Three of the Echo Park burglaries happened in the 800 and 900 blocks of East Kensington Road “while the victims were home sleeping,” says the LAPD.

The Echo Park targets: electronics and cash (and, thankfully, not people).

In Silver Lake, burglars targeted garages and homes and “pried off window screens and forced open windows to make entry,” the department said.

The targets: Electronics, cash and jewelry.

Interestingly, police don't believe the burglary sprees in Echo Park and Silver Lake are related.
