Kyana Morris, a 13-year-old girl from Riverside, must have felt more than a little odd last July when she received a succession of texts messages from an assistant football coach at her high school.

Hell, it's not everyday that a man working for your school texts a student nude pictures of himself, descriptions of sexual activities and a porno video.

Oh, and the coach also sent Morris a video of himself masturbating.

Welcome to Centennial High.

Morris and her family is now suing the offending assistant coach, Christopher Carter, his brother and head coach, Brian Carter, as well as the Corona-Norco Unified School District.

According to the lawsuit, first reported by Courthouse News Service, Christopher Carter “used his position as assistant coach of the the freshman football team … to gain access to and sexually abuse Kyana Morris.”

The abuse, claims Morris, consisted not of physical violence, but telephone calls during which Christopher Carter allegedly used sexually explicit language, and of course the filthy text messages.

In her lawsuit, Morris says that Christopher Carter was arrested after sending Morris the text messages and eventually pleaded guilty and was convicted of multiple counts of sending harmful matter with the intent of seducing a minor.

Morris is claiming that Carter's behavior was “willful” and “intended to cause injury,” and that the school district failed to protect Morris from the assistant coach.
