Lucky for us the kind folks at real estate website Redfin made it easy to send you out into some of L.A.'s finer zip codes in search of a festive view this holiday season. The site says thousands of local real estate agents helped to compile this list of “Best Neighborhoods to See Holiday Lights in 2014.”

5. Burbank. This is no longer home to the Tonight Show, which makes us sad. But Norton’s Winter Wonderland at 513 N. Florence St., and Winter Snowland, at 529 N. Florence St., will cheer you up. According to Redfin, “Dick Norton started going all out in 1970 and his display gets better every year. The website is also a must see, complete with a live webcam if you’d like to just watch the lights from the comfort of your own home.”
4. Torrance. This beachside city features the Sleepy Hollow Christmas Light Extravaganza on Robert Road. Redfin says that visitors should park on Pacific Coast Highway, Calle Mayor or Prospect Avenue and walk in via Robert Road. Stands selling hot chocolate will await you.
3. Naples Island. Long Beach's Naples Island offers not only an eyeful of holiday lights. You can also take a gondola ride through the local canals. Redfin says you should park off of Appian Way at the lot for Mother’s Beach.

2. Woodland Hills. This is where you'll find L.A.'s most prominent Candy Cane Lane which is centered at Oxnard Street and Lubao Avenue. According to Redfin, “Neighbors on these spangled streets have been trying to outdo one another since 1952.” Lucy, you're home.
1. Pasadena and environs. This old-money area is considered to be a “holly jolly triple threat and the absolute epicenter of Christmas cheer” because there are millions of lights within a five-mile radius, says Redfin. You'll want to hit Upper Hastings Ranch, Christmas Tree Lane in Altadena, St. Albans Road in San Marino, and the Balian House, located between Christmas Tree Lane and Upper Hastings Ranch.
