30-Year-Old Woman Dies in Fatal Crash near Palm Canyon Drive

RIVERSIDE COUNTY, CA (November 1, 2022) – Friday noon, a solo-vehicle crash on Highway 74 claimed the life of Heather Wilson.

The fatal accident happened on October 28th, on Highway 74, just south of Coachella Valley.

According to reports, Wilson was driving a Dodge Durango heading westbound on the highway. She then lost control of her vehicle and drifted into the dirt and went off the road. She then struck a guard rail causing her vehicle to overturn. The impact of the collision caused her to be ejected from her vehicle.

According to California Highway Patrol, 30-year-old Heather Wilson of Aguanga was the only person in her vehicle at the time of the crash. She was pronounced dead due to the extent of her condition.
