There's road rage and there's consumer remorse and there's truth in advertising. Blend them all together and you get something like what happened at a Sacramento Burger King recently, in which a customer was given his receipt with “FUCK YOU” (yes, in block letters) printed on the paper in place of his order number. Twice.

When the customer questioned the Burger King employee, he didn't apologize. But then he didn't scream more obscenities at him either. “I showed the guy and he kinda just looks at it and laughs,” recalls the customer. The incident is being investigated. Maybe the “Have it Your Way” motif has simply been redefined as from the POV of the BK employees as opposed to the patrons. No raise? Speak your mind instead.
